Payment terms
Unless indicated otherwise prior to or at the time of booking, reservations are confirmed after we receive a deposit (tours and hotel packages) or full payment (hotels). Where supplier terms are stronger than those below, for example with cruises or during high seasons, we will specifically indicate these.
Payments must be received by the payment date, and without the deduction of any transfer fees. Late payments risk cancellation of reservations as we must maintain relationship with our suppliers.
a. Tours and hotel packages
For standard tours and packages, a deposit of 20% of the tour or package cost per person is needed within 5 days to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 20 days prior to arrival  date.
b. Hotels - Train ticket – Flights
Full payment must be made at the time of reservation.
